Peter Kain is an Executive Creative Director at BBDO New York, overseeing Snickers and Mars Petcare brands. He and his partner Gianfranco Arena created Snickers famous “You’re Not You When You’re Hungry” campaign. Now in its 12th year, the campaign has been activated in over 70 countries, won every major advertising award, and has helped grow Snickers from the #7 to the #1 global chocolate brand. Peter has also created and steered award-winning work for many other brands, including Pedigree, FedEx, Twix, Mountain Dew, and Johnnie Walker.

Jennifer has spent over 30 years in the photography industry as a Photographer, Studio Manager, and Digital Imaging Specialist, with 21 of those years at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. This career foundation has led her to the profession of Digital Asset Management, overseeing photography assets for one of the top children's research hospitals in the world.

Jennifer is currently implementing a new DAM and productivity management solution with her team for the hospital as well as supporting the legacy system.  

Julie Marshall is a marketing consultant and founder of Join Up The Dots Consultancy. Supporting entrepreneurs and agencies at an executive level in Brand strategy, media, creative and digital to drive business growth.

Her last role prior to setting up her own business was as New Business Director for Flock, a global marketing consultancy. Previous roles include client side with global brands such as Bacardi - Martini, Rothmans, and Courage.

Rahel Anne Bailie is the Content Solutions Director at Technically Write IT. She brings with her a strong background in developing successful digital content strategies, tackling the complexities of managing content for clients globally. With the aim of using content to deliver better experiences and increase the ROI of product lifecycle content, she applies the principles behind intelligent content to deliver operational efficiencies in a scalable, sustainable way. In her 20+ years of consulting, Rahel has worked with a range of global companies across many verticals.
