Emily Kavanagh Collins is Creative Operations Lead at Wimbledon where she is responsible for managing the creative output of both The Championships and the year-round needs of the Club, Foundation and two community sport facilities. Emily joined Wimbledon in 2018, just 18 months after creative was brought in-house, and was tasked with building the creative ops function from the ground up. As well as this, she has an integral role in operations across the estate, currently leading the redesign and implementation of all guest-facing wayfinding and maps, including Centre Court.

His career is split 50/50 between client-side and agency-side. Setting up an in-house marketing agency within the regulated Investments sector. Then leading high-performing agency teams for in one the UK’s largest in-house agencies for a Retail Bank. Specialist knowledge in MarTech and digital creative production at scale.

Andonella is a customer experience and digital strategy specialist, with 15 years' experience working across fine art, luxury, tech & telecom industries.

In February 2021, Andonella joined British Telecom as Head of Design Operations in Enterprise, responsible for setting up and leading the team across; DesignOps, ContentOps, ResearchOps, Accessibility and Design Systems with the sole purpose of supporting customer centricity and driving branded and consistent client experiences across digital channels.

Vicky Hope is Co-Founder of LOOP Agencies. Experts in building in-house agencies with out-sourced creative brand thinking. 

She brings a unique blend of leadership and creativity to In-house agency consultancy. With marketing experience working equally in creative agencies and client-side. Leading one of the UK’s largest in-house agencies for a Retail Bank, and setting up hybrid creative services for Life companies. Holding senior roles in B2B and D2C, with deep financial services and in-house digital marketing agency experience.

Alexis is an information professional experienced in archives and digital asset management. As the Collections Information Specialist for the Art Museum at the Huntington, she navigates and manages art object data between the institution’s collections management system and DAMS. Alexis’ focus at the Huntington is to contribute to an increasingly accessible Art Museum collection via digitization and robust DAMS and CMS governance.

Zoe joined BT's Consumer Digital team in 2021 as Head of Design Operations and is responsible for ensuring there is a user focused approach to how the team build, scale, and embed new capabilities across the Design and Digital team. With a focus on setting the strategic direction for capability initiatives, improving ways of working and removing inefficiencies for design and product teams.

Charlie Cooper Henniker is Director of Film Production at the LEGO® Agency. His department is responsible for the production of campaign films, TVCs, livestream events, experiential and Always-On content across franchises and the LEGO brand. Prior to joining The LEGO Group, Charlie led event and production teams at BBC Studios. He is a Board Trustee for ParaPride, a young charity focused on creating accessible spaces for LGBTQIA+ people with disabilities.

Beret joined the Milwaukee Art Museum in 1994 and has led the museum through the evolution of media from analog assets, where she continues to be responsible for the physical care and management of the museum’s physical media holdings.

As Head of Knowledge Management, Heather leads the team responsible for the Museum’s Library and Archives, and Digital Asset Management and Digitization projects – including collections photography and rights management processes for the Museum. Heather is deeply involved in leadership of the Museum’s cross-cutting Knowledge Management Initiative and Community of Practice which seeks to document and describe objects and collections and make accessible the stories of art and community that the Museum has stewarded over its 130-year history.
