Beatriz Novais is a Product Designer at Supernova.io - a tool for documenting, managing, and automating design systems. With a background in industrial design, Beatriz brings a systematic design approach and a passion for empowering people through design to her digital product work. At Supernova, she works closely with teams to help them develop and scale their design systems, creating better digital experiences and achieving team success.

Emily Wittenberg is the Archivist at the American Film Institute where she manages the archival collections of photography, manuscript, student film and audio/video materials pertaining to the history of filmmaking and AFI. In addition to managing the physical materials, she is also in charge of digitization, organization of digital assets, and serves as the administrator for AFI's inaugural DAM, Orange Logic's Cortex. Prior to AFI, Emily has worked in museums, libraries and archives handling a wide variety of materials across diverse subject areas.

Ronnie was born in Ukraine, raised in Ghana. A college dropout who moved to America with $3,000. Despite the odds, built a tech-startup that sold for $40M, and is now building Meaningful Gigs where they’re creating 100,000 skilled jobs for Africans and redesigning the future of creative work in a remote world.

Melanie Brook started her professional life producing events and has now worked with creative teams for almost a decade. Though the majority of her career has been in creative project management, in recent years she shifted her focus to building the creative operations function within her teams. Her most recent teams have been in-house at Kiva (nonprofit), Intercom, and now LegalZoom. She loves creative ops because it holds endless opportunities to leave people and organizations better than you found them.
