What is Data Maturity? For DAM,  it’s mostly about:

Riley has worked in Marketing across small regional franchise chains to a global multi-billion dollar company. He stumbled into the world of Marketing Technology to help lead the launch of an enterprise-wide DAM at Columbia Sportswear Company 5 years ago.

With the successful launch of the DAM across 4 global brands and 5K+ users Riley has diligently pursued the development of scalable future looking metadata model, taxonomy, and business processes.

Amy is the Digital Asset Manager for Global Marketing Operations at Google and is responsible for administration of their platform, onboarding and training all users and agencies, and reporting metrics. Amy has a strong passion for organizing content and ensuring the digital asset management tools enhance the user experience and increase productivity.

Karl is Head of Design at 383 and a Human Centred Design specialist, focussing on using research and cognitive science to craft genuinely useful experiences, services & products for real people. At 383 he has tested and developed several initiatives in the studio, aimed at utilising rapid and practical insight, as well as developing a consistent framework for lean operational and collaborative processes in a product-team environment.

Combing his passion for Design Thinking and his experience in business, people, and project management, Bassel set up the foundations for DesignOps disciplines at two FinTech scale-ups – ClearScore and Wise. He then moved to the consultancy realm with Frog (part of Capgemini Invent) to introduce the DesignOps approach and methods to their clients.

Karolina Boremalm has set up and is leading the Digital Experience design operations team at IKEA Retail, Ingka Group. The team consisting of 32 exceptionally talented individuals is working across Design Operations, Research Operations and Skapa, IKEA Digital Design system. The team motto is 'We listen, We diagnose, and We do' and with this, at its heart, they relentlessly work to support and enable the elevation of the design practice to the highest possible HCD standards across all touch points within the IKEA world.
