Jackie is a Senior Design Operations Lead at Roblox, recognized for blending data-driven strategies with empathetic problem-solving approaches. Nurturing a dynamic and inclusive atmosphere, she champions diversity of thought, is propelled by understanding core motivations, and employs storytelling to galvanize collective action toward a unified solution. Passionate about continuous improvement, Jackie leverages her expertise to continually advance the interactive entertainment industry and its associated design professionals.

Heather has been creating and editing taxonomies for over 28 years and has recently returned to independent consulting. Prior roles have included senior consultant at Enterprise Knowledge, Knowledge Engineer at Semantic Web Company, and Senior Vocabulary Editor at Cengage/Gale. Her work involved metadata, taxonomy, and ontology design, taxonomy revision, tagging and indexing, and taxonomy governance and documentation.

Joseph Harper is Global Head of Content at DIAGEO, a British multinational alcoholic beverage company which owns over 200 brands, including the world’s best-selling Scotch whisky brand Johnnie Walker, best-selling premium distilled vodka Smirnoff and the iconic Irish stout Guinness.

Tracy is one of the first taxonomists at Spotify, working on classification projects related to Personalization. Prior to Spotify, Tracy worked as a DAM Manager for Corbis Images, in metadata and search at Getty Images, in the publishing world on content classification at McGraw-Hill, and at creative powerhouses like Adobe and Picsart on metadata, findability, content strategy and taxonomy. At the heart of all these roles was some kind of digital asset management system or CMS, whether out of the box or custom-built internal tools.

James Whitebread joined the Royal Opera House in June 2021 as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). His role is to provide strategic oversight across all the Royal Opera Houses technology systems. Seeking to lead the organisation through a significant programme of business and technology transformation.

James has over 25 years of experience in field of technology. Covering a range of industries including. Media, Sports, Pharma , Education, Public, Telecom, Consulting and Not for Profit.
