With over 15 years of creative expertise, Megan has thrived in both agency and in-house roles. For 7 years, she's been Director of Shoot Production at Saks.com, overseeing editorial video and photo production. Megan's passion lies in production, notably casting, stemming from her tenure as a Ford Models agent representing top extended-size models. Her role on Saks' DEI council underscores her commitment to creating impactful content that fosters progress and inclusion.

Denise Rasberry is an award winning integrated producer with almost 20 years of experience. She started her career in production as a PA in film and television. After receiving her MA in Media Studies from The New School, Denise started working on the agency side in Content Production at Grey NY; climbing up the ranks and working across specialties including beauty, food, toys and healthcare. In 2012 she began to freelance — while embarking on the biggest production of her life, Motherhood!

Heather has served for over two decades as a product & design leader at technology companies including Google, Facebook, Pearson and Yahoo. She’s an expert at leading and scaling high performing, global, product & UX (user experience) teams who can deliver disruptive product innovations. Heather is passionate about building inclusive teams and products, works to increase diverse representation and build more inclusive and accessible products.

James founded Neural Alpha to bring Connected Data solutions to the financial sector with a particular focus on sustainable finance. He has a track record of delivering innovative data solutions particularly within the financial sector having consulted extensively at many of the world's largest Investment Banks, Mutual Funds and Hedge Funds. Prior to Consulting he was Head of Data at Man Group plc following roles at Thomson Reuters.

Helmut is the Chief Product Officer of the Semantic Web Company (SWC), the provider of the PoolParty Semantic Suite. In his role as CPO he is responsible for the strategic development of SWCs product portfolio with the involved teams based on SWCs business strategy. He has been working in the field of knowledge management for about 20 years. Since joining SWC in 2010, has been involved as a senior consultant in many projects for the introduction of knowledge graphs in industry and public administration.

Joshua has more than two decades of experience in the Photography Industry. He is currently the head of Photo Studio at Rent the Runway having lead Photography teams at Walmart, Jet.com, West Elm, Hautelook, Nordstrom, and Forever 21.

Joshua graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology, then spent the first phase of his career as a freelancer working through the ranks of Photo Assistant, Digital Tech, Retoucher, Photographer, and Producer. He then joined the full-time corporate workforce and transitioned into studio management.

Adam is an accomplished senior executive with +20 years’ experience in media and entertainment and is skilled in complex workflow and solution design, cloud technologies, Machine Learning, metadata management, broadcast and postproduction technologies.
