Seb is a climate-conscious Creative Director.

He leads the creative team at Nuevo, a new evolution of the creative agency model, focused on growing brands sustainably, growing more sustainable brands and changing the narratives around climate change.  Formerly a founding member of the pioneering creative agency Glue London and later the Executive Creative Director at Gravity Road, Seb has well over 100 industry awards to his name. His new Conscious Creativity approach to advertising and marketing is helping brands transform how they communicate with the world.

Heidi Ettanen has set up and is leading the Design Operations team within Customer Experience at H&M - capturing, maturing and evangelising customer-centric design practices, scalable design processes and empowering career structures, humbly serving an international design community of 80 designers and researchers.

Amy is an award-winning Executive Producer who has been working in-house in the branded content space for the last 13 years at a Fortune 500 technology company. Over this time Amy has seen the huge shift in the in-house agency roles and responsibilities, offering the team extended opportunities to shine in creative production. Amy prides herself on specialising in finding the heart in technical stories and she is always looking for ways to uplevel storytelling from both a narrative and production model perspective. 

Jason Bergeron oversees digital asset management strategy and execution at Heritage Werks, a one-of-a-kind heritage agency specializing in establishing and maintaining state-of-the-art archival programs. As Managing Director of Platform Services, he oversees the creation and maintenance of custom DAMs for DOW 30 and Fortune 500 companies, major retail, luxury and fashion brands and many professional sports teams, each of which is structured to suit the specific organizational needs of its client.

Erin builds the content systems people wish existed and the automations they didn’t know they needed. As an AI-focused content architect at LinkedIn, she designs intelligent workflows that turn enterprise content chaos into something beautifully orchestrated. If a process feels impossible, she’s already sketching the smarter way to do it.
