John Pagano is a seasoned creative professional with nearly twenty years of experience in media. He began his career supporting Nickelodeon's brand creative department crafting promos for series like Degrassi, SpongeBob and iCarly. During this period, John steadily advanced from Production Assistant to Executive Producer with a large creative team under his supervision.

In 2016, Elizabeth founded Talent Trust, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation committed to revolutionising the landscape of data-driven insights for the benefit of behind and in-front-of-the-camera talent, within the luxury sector, brands, FMCG and advertising production industries worldwide.

Rebecca’s career spans over two decades in the fields of Library and Information Science and Digital Asset Management. She has navigated diverse roles, from managing vast media libraries at Nike Inc. to her current role spearheading the implementation of DAM systems across VF Corp's twelve brands in the Digital Product Creation (DPC) space. Rebecca enjoys blending her technical acumen with a passion for creating efficient and scalable digital ecosystems.

Kim leads the Design Operations and Design Program Management function for the Experience Design organisation in the Commercial & Investment Bank at J.P. Morgan. Her team focuses on driving measurable efficiencies for a large, distributed network of multi-disciplined design teams embedded across multiple business units. Kim has experience of enabling and scaling traditional and digital product design teams, practices and processes in complex global organisations - and has a background in psychology, creative operations and design management.

Ben has been at Elvie just over three years rebranding and redefining their create to align closer to their mission of empowering women. Prior to Elvie he worked at Dyson to write and establish global brand guidelines and lead creative on a number of product and category launches. 

Joanna is a seasoned professional with eight years of client-centric expertise. In the realm of Customer Success at Frontify for the past two years, Joanna has blended creativity with client satisfaction, working with clients of all sizes - from small business to industry giants. She believes in the power of innovative solutions to elevate brand experiences.
