Laurel Ghosh Roy joined Acquia via its 2021 acquisition of Widen, where she started in 2018 as a Customer Success Manager specializing in digital asset management expansions. She assumed responsibility for all existing customer sales in 2020 as Widen’s first Customer Sales Advisor, and continues to lead the Acquia DAM and PIM expansion and integration sales strategies. She develops useful resources and templates, and scalable processes designed to help drive DAM customer adoption, utilization, and expansion.

Lulit Tesfaye is a Partner and the VP of Knowledge & Data Services and Engineering at Enterprise Knowledge, LLC., the largest global consultancy dedicated to Knowledge and Data management. Lulit brings over 15 years of experience leading multi-million dollar information and data management initiatives, specializing in technologies and integrations within the public and the private sectors. Lulit joined Enterprise Knowledge, LLC. (EK) in 2016, playing a key role in each of EK’s previous phases of growth.

May is an independent Creative Ops Practitioner whose roots trace back to design. She created and led Typeform’s first Design Operations team, bringing creativity and efficiency to this rapidly growing SaaS scale-up.

Ali is the Product Marketing Manager for the CMP. Having worked for Welcome when it was NewsCred as their Content Marketing Manager, she has deep knowledge of the CMP and DAM, as well as the painpoints and needs of marketers.

Tina leads operations for CrossCountry Mortgage’s first-ever DAM, managing 120,000+ assets for 100+ users. She drives smarter workflows, harnesses AI-powered search, facial recognition, and creative generation, and works with tech teams to integrate the DAM with other systems. Tina also manages a distributed Creative Production team across Cleveland and the Philippines, keeping creativity flowing across time zones. Before CCM, she led creative production at Progressive Insurance.

Steve is the DAM Operations Lead at Stanley Black & Decker, the world’s largest tool company. Based in the UK, he manages the day-to-day operations of the global DAM, leading a team with members in the USA, Latin America and the UK.

Steve is responsible for delivering and maintaining the DAM SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), overseeing all new content ingestion and the curation of existing assets while supporting users from both inside and outside SBD and working closely with the DAM vendor on system updates and functionality.
