Linda is an Executive Producer at Milk and Honey Films, spearheading the commercial side of the company while maintaining an active involvement in long-form content production. Originally from Prague, Czech Republic, Linda's global outlook enables her to lead her team across international borders while maintaining seamless communication with clients throughout the United States. She graduated from New York University Tisch School of the Arts with a major in Film and Television and a minor in Business of Entertainment, Media & Technology (BEMT) and Producing. 

Jay is a leading expert in Design Management and Design Leadership for professional practice and higher education. With over 25 years’ experience leveraging and scaling design to drive innovation and business growth, Jay has consulted dozens of world-leading organizations and coached and educated over 1000 design professionals, helping them to advance themselves, their careers, and design maturity in their business.

Jeremy Wintroub is EVP and Global Head of Production Strategy where he leads the development and execution of creative operations, production strategy, and production delivery strategy. Wintroub joined ICP after a nearly 20-year career at NBC Universal where he was most recently VP, Head of Creative Operations at NBCU’s Streaming Unit, Peacock. Over the course of his career, Wintroub built and operated creative operations and production teams leveraging a mix of internal talent, emerging technology, and the world's foremost partners and agencies.

Nick Goodchild began his career in UK television working on reality shows like Big Brother. After a stint as an Executive Producer in Dubai, he returned to London in 2007 and started his own content agency and studio serving the fashion and luxury industries. Having sold that business, Nick then joined Amazon in 2015 to lead their EU fashion studio and learn how to scale and become a leader. In 2018, he relocated with his family to Amsterdam to build a 25,000 sq.ft. global content production facility for PVH Corp servicing both their Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands.
