Harrison is a tax associate in the Global Corporate Group. He advises on a broad range of tax matters including cross-border M&A, finance and real estate transactions. Harrison also has considerable experience providing international tax structuring advice to corporate clients and high net worth individuals, including recommending appropriate holding structures for investments in UK property. Harrison trained at Reed Smith LLP, having joined the firm in 2013.

Johnathan is a senior associate in the Global Corporate Group based in London. Johnathan has extensive experience advising clients across a broad range of industries on both public and private transactions. Johnathan has a particular knowledge of the UK real estate sector having advised clients on both the buy and sell side in connection with numerous direct and indirect investments in, and divestments of, premium real estate assets across the UK.

James is a partner in the firm's Global Corporate Group, based in London.
