Daniel started his career at Marston's before moving to Heineken. He has spent his entire career specialising in professional work within the licensed leisure industry. As well as lease advisory he is also an authority in the valuation of licensed leisure properties and regularly acts as expert witness in court and arbitration proceedings. His experience is recognised by the RICS who regularly appoint him as an independent expert in rent review disputes. Daniel acts for major brewers and pub companies as well as small multiples and individual operators.
