Peter brings over 20 years of experience in European real estate development to the firm. He is responsible for Round Hill’s Development Programme across Europe. Peter has previously been responsible for developing over six million square feet of commercial and residential space in London, the UK and Europe. He was recently employed by Arcadis NV (formerly EC Harris LLP) as Global Head of Development Consultancy. Prior to this, he established Creywell Ltd, a Development Management consultancy firm which was sold to EC Harris in 2011.

Lana is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Development Team. Although now specialising in real estate development, Lana’s general commercial property and residential property background enables her to advise clients on a wide range of real estate matters ranging from the grant of commercial leases through to the setting up of residential development sites. Lana acts for a variety of client’s including landlords, developers and a growing restaurant chain.

Emma is a partner in the Real Estate group with extensive experience in real estate financing, investments & disposals, restructuring & insolvency and asset & property management. She has a particular focus on real estate financing and regularly acts for a wide range of financial institutions and borrowers in connection with loan facilities secured against real estate assets across various different sectors.

Heather is a partner in the Finance group based in London. She acts for banks, insurance companies, mezzanine lenders, developers and property companies on a wide range of real estate financings including development, portfolio (both UK and cross border), hotel, investment, commercial and residential property secured loans. Heather has previously undertaken secondments at an international law firm in Moscow, at The Royal Bank of Scotland in their corporate real estate team and at GE Capital Real Estate.

 

Following a career with the Royal Bank of Scotland, in 2005 Adam took over the running of a Financial Trade Association responsible for 1600 Commercial Finance Brokers and 150 UK lenders to business. During that period, he oversaw lending to SME's of around £100 billion. In addition, he also had the chance to help shape and influence some of the new UK business lenders that came to market following the financial crisis.  

Ellis Auger is a member of the Leisure and Trade Related Property team with a breadth of valuation and sales experience across the leisure, healthcare, hospitality and commercial sectors, for a range of private, corporate and public clients throughout the UK and Europe.

Within the Oxford Leisure and Trade Related Property team, Amanda is responsible for undertaking Red Book valuations and appraisals for all aspects of Leisure and trading business within the UK and abroad.
