Tom brings over 13 years of investment and development real estate experience to Round Hill Capital. Tom joined Round Hill Capital in 2017 and leads the UK Investment and Acquisitions team across accommodation sectors focusing primarily on residential build to rent and purpose built student accommodation. Tom led the expansion of the student and residential business into Ireland with investments into development projects delivering over 2,000+ beds/units.

Arthur joined Cain International in 2021 through its acquisition of Fortwell Capital Limited and leads the firm’s newly developed Fortwell debt strategy. The strategy currently manages a £500m multi-sector loan book principally within the UK with debt sizes between £10m - £75m.
