This full day workshop will look at the three primary aspects of rent reviews: the machinery, the valuation exercise and the settlement. It will consider how systematically to appraise the terms of the lease, collate and analyse evidence, and handle negotiations. Third party processes used in the event of non-agreement will also be reviewed along with practical tips to minimise the impact of professional and related costs.
