Throughout his career, Kris has managed DAM programs and in-house creative teams for some of world the largest wine & spirits brands.

As Creative Services Manager, he launched Pernod Ricard North America’s DAM, ContentCloud, and built that platform into the sole repository of marketing content across the organization. He also played a pivotal role in building PRNA’s in-house creative agency, The Mix, creating omni-channel content for over 30 brands across the US and Canada.

Rachel Posman is the co-author of the book "The Design Conductors: Your Essential Guide to Design Operations." (Rosenfeld, 2024) Rachel is a seasoned Design Operations leader driven by the opportunity to empower teams to deliver customer and business success while achieving personal and professional growth. Currently, Rachel leads the Central DesignOps team for Salesforce’s global UX organization which designs programs, processes, and systems that enable the design of great product and employee experiences.

Erin L. Ellis is the Associate Dean for Organizational Strategy and Scholarly Communication at Indiana University (IU) Libraries in Bloomington. Prior to joining IU, Erin was the Associate Dean, Research and Learning Division at the University of Kansas Libraries. Erin has an M.L.S. degree from Emporia State University, a master’s degree in higher education administration from the University of Kansas, and a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Pittsburg State University.
