Katy is a key leader in Creative Services within the commercial property industry. As the Head of Creative Services for Knight Frank Australia, she spearheads the creative vision and operational strategy for the company's extensive network, ensuring that all creative outputs align with Knight Frank's brand ethos and business objectives.

Thomas Walters is Head of Studio at Movember. He’s responsible for the charity’s global creative operations. Tom joined Movember in 2022 after four years at independent agency Keep Left and was tasked with building the in-house creative team. With wide-ranging experience across journalism, PR, advertising, marketing and creative, Tom has led Movember to deliver its first creative campaign fully in-house – “The Real Face of Men’s Health” – alongside Movember’s brand and content leadership team.

Jim brings over two decades of experience in operations and production roles within advertising and marketing teams, across the UK and Australia. As a key player in the leadership team with Hogarth, Jim's approachable and authentic leadership style, has made him a unifying force within the organisation.

David Rager is an accomplished Creative Director with over two decades of experience in design leadership, brand building, and environmental experiences. As NASA's current Creative Director, he oversees the agency's visual brand and iconic Graphics Standards Manual and is responsible for reintroducing the NASA Logotype (Worm). Previously, Rager led teams at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Disney, the Museum of Contemporary Art Los Angeles, and the New Museum, and co-founded Weekends, a design studio operating between Paris and Los Angeles. 

Gery Meleg is the VP of Design and Co-founder of Creatopy, a leading creative automation platform used by Fortune 500 companies to streamline design workflows & processes with the help of AI. With over a decade as a Senior Design Leader, he excels in developing high-growth SaaS products and building strong in-house design teams, leveraging expertise in branding, strategy, and user experience. 

Roy Walter is a DAM Guy, Graph Hack, Business Analyst, Process Engineer.

Roy is a digital solutions expert with extensive experience integrating data, assets, and processes across the enterprise. He's managed implementations ranging from single departments to multi-divisional enterprise solutions involving diverse businesses and platforms. Leverages metadata normalization, application of industry standards and governance to achieve operational efficiencies, business clarity and strategic flexibility.

 

John Calhoun is a DesignOps leader for Salesforce's Design Operations team, which builds the platform for delivering best-in-class design solutions and experiences at scale. He is co-author of "The Design Conductors: Your Essential Guide to Design Operations," and a frequent speaker on product design topics.
