Creative & Fashion Enthusiast Kim Maxwell is a published author, former fashion stylist, and a multifaceted, resourceful leader with a passion for managing projects, teams, and sample operations in both digital and traditional marketing and advertising. She currently serves as the Creative Lead for Stitch Fix, where she manages sample operations for creative production and product imaging. In this role, Kim oversees all aspects of the sample workflow, including partnerships, timelines, and milestones.

Alison Hicks is Associate Professor of Library and Information Studies in the Department of Information Studies at University College, London (UCL), UK. Prior to returning to the UK, Alison worked as an academic librarian in the United States for over a decade. Alison received her PhD in Library and Information Science from the Swedish School of Library and Information Science, Borås, Sweden. She also holds an MSIS from the University of Texas, Austin, USA, and an MA in French and Spanish from the University of St Andrews, Scotland.

Salman Rizvi brings over two decades of experience in the Experience pillar, specializing in digital transformations. He currently is RVP Solutions Consulting for Digital Experience and leads the global Presales Digital Experience solution consultants, driving innovative solutions for business growth and customer satisfaction. As Experience Business Evangelist at OpenText, Salman wore multiple hats, including Chief Architect and Value Engineer, providing strategic leadership in Professional Services.

As a Solutions Engineer at Canto, I specialize in delivering tailored Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions, drawing on over 6 years of experience in SaaS product development and deployment. My expertise is backed by certifications in PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Prompt Engineering through the Project Management Institute and Vanderbilt University. I excel in LATAM Spanish sales, ensuring effective, global client engagement across diverse industries and cultures. 

With over a decade of experience leading high-performing sales and pre-sales teams, James Chan is an accomplished executive known for driving organizational growth and innovation in the SaaS industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Sales at Canto, James plays a pivotal role in expanding the company's reach and enhancing customer experience through strategic sales initiatives and rigorous pre-sales processes.

Nicky's first role in Creative Operations was a work experience slot at Grey. Within 8 years she became Chief Operating Officer of Anomaly and IPA Woman of Tomorrow.

Nicky specializes in optimizing Marketing and Creative Operations for brands and agencies, working on-site with teams to co-create solutions from within, supporting and guiding them through key critical decisions, and working with them to implement new processes and in-bed new skills and team members. Ever popular, she builds long-term relationships that live on long after initial project completion.

Mohan Taylor is a seasoned and highly technical product leader with over two decades of experience in digital asset management (DAM) and adjacent data-centric advertising technologies. 

As Chief Technology & Product Officer at Tenovos, Mohan is driving the evolution of the Tenovos DAM, focusing on improving creative ROI for global brands and advancing the DAM category.
