The shift from 'any-old-channel' marketing to true multichannel marketing

To win customer loyalty today, you must provide a compelling customer experience that merges the physical and digital worlds. With multichannel customers spending  three to four times more than single-channel customers, it important that organizations review their business processes and technologies to adjust to this new reality.

How can a DAM strategy help in organizing and distributing your digital content?

John is the Senior Director of Content Strategies at Risetime, a consulting firm in digital asset management and content operations. He has 30 years of experience, starting in publishing with typesetting and desktop publishing, then shifting to digital asset management (DAM), which he now considers his main platform for digital workflows. He specializes in designing digital workflows and revitalizing underperforming DAMs through collaboration.

Bulent has worked in the technology space for over 20 years. He founded CyanGate in 2007 to provide cost-effective service solutions for OpenText Digital Media Group and SAP DAM. He continues to drive innovation and develop new solutions (OneTeg) and services (S-Drive and WoodWing) to solve evolving customer and industry challenges. Prior to CyanGate, Bulent Dogan was a member of the OpenText Digital Media Group (Artesia DAM) as a Technical Solution Architect.

Blockchain is perhaps the next technological marvel after cloud computing that has reached significant levels of adoption. Just like the DAM space has changed with the emergence of cloud computing, Blockchain 2.0 will herald a new era for DAM.

DAMs have evolved significantly and now, facilitate the management of the entire lifecycle of digital media assets – from womb to tomb. In every stage of the lifecycle, the ownership and attribution of the media assets may change. This is where Blockchain technologies comes in.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the hottest topics in Digital Asset Management, as AI-driven image recognition holds the promise of automating metadata creation and never having to tag images or assets again.  Yet, can something as strategic and unique to a company as metadata be automatically generated? What is the impact of AI implementation going wrong and is there a way to get the benefits of AI, while reducing the risks to organization?

In the webinar we’ll discuss:

As DAM platforms expand their native workflow capabilities, and Marketing Resource Management platforms get smarter about embedding DAM within their sophisticated Production Workflow engines, an increasingly compelling opportunity exists to take advantage of the DAM + Workflow combination across the enterprise.

Why is this combination important?  Where do you start?  What key things should you do to capture the potential?
