Michael is a 20+ year veteran in the DAM space and recently joined Extreme Reach as Director of Product Marketing. He’s held various marketing and product roles at OpenText, HP, Oracle, Autonomy, Interwoven, and MediaBin focusing on rich media, digital asset management, and customer experience management. Before joining the enterprise software world, he spent many years in photography, print, and digital prepress industries in both production and business roles.

Milo Thiesen is the Lead Technical Analyst for Digital Asset Management at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Along with ten years of experience in media management, they specialize in media archiving and digital asset management for photography, video, interactives, and animation at cultural heritage and higher education institutions. Their interests include scalable workflow design, systems and data integrations, and digital preservation for complex objects.

Stephanie joined ICP with several years of experience operationalizing creative and digital capabilities, having done so most recently at Biogen. With a client-centric approach, she provides guidance and solutions for some of the most complex challenges life sciences companies experience, driving process efficiencies with digital transformation.

Jamie Martin is the Corporate Archivist for IBM. Prior to IBM, she was the Corporate Archivist for Target Corporation. Jamie manages all archival and heritage activities at IBM, including marketing and communication support, exhibit design, collection management, and digital asset management. The collections of the IBM Archives span more than a century of business records, photographs, artifacts, audio visuals, and digital assets. Jamie has implemented a new DAM solution for the archives, including work to customize the GUI and develop asset workflows to meet the Archives’ needs.

Jody Coghlan is a Senior Vice President at Bank of America and the Director of the Digital Asset and Media Management COE (DAMM COE) that includes Art Buying, the Digital Asset and the in-house PhotoStudio.

In 2001, Tony founded Real Story Group (formerly CMS Watch), setting out to create a new kind of research and advisory firm, one that worked only for enterprise technology customers who wanted the real story about Digital Workplace and Marketing Technologies. Over the years, Real Story Group's DAM research has become known for its technical depth, toughness, and absolute neutrality. Tony is also co-author of “The Right Way to Select Technology” (Rosenfeld Media).
