Ben Ringerman is the Enterprise Architect for North American IT and member of the Global Enterprise Architecture Practice at Sony Interactive Entertainment, LLC where he focuses on outcome-based strategy for experience, productivity, and collaboration in diverse technology ecosystems.

David is an experienced online content manager focused on improving the quality and delivery of content. As an eCommerce professional, he believes content managed accurately can increase revenue, sales and provoke positive customer engagement. He is passionate about finding the ultimate solution to deliver the right mix of digital content in the correct format at the right time. 

Katie Dow is an MBA graduate of Kennesaw State University in Georgia and has been working at The Coca-Cola Company in the Digital Asset Management space for nine years. As part of the Global IT function, her time at Coca-Cola has been split between performing as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and most recently the “Metadata Lady” for DMeX (Coca-Cola’s global DAM system).

Sophie manages the archives, museum and records management collections and services for Boots UK. She started her career at Guinness before graduating from UCL as a qualified archivist in 1995. After a year cataloguing the papers of Sir Winston Churchill at Cambridge University, Sophie returned to business archives working on the corporate archive collection at Unilever. Sophie has worked at Boots for over 17 years and has held positions within their archives and records management functions before heading up the team 10 years ago. In 2015 Boots received a Wellcome Resea
