Let’s Hunt for "Hidden Factories"

Kevin Gepford is a Creative Operations leader with two decades of hands-on and managerial experience in the production and delivery of a diverse range of print, outdoor, and digital products. He currently manages production design for the digital in-house creative agency at AT&T. Prior to joining the telecom industry, his career was at some of the top names in television entertainment — MTV, USA Network, Syfy, and Comedy Central. 

As Associate Manager, Creative Operations at Prudential, Matt works across Brand Marketing and Communications functions to provide operational support to all teams.

Jerry Melichar is the Managing Director of Operations at VMLY&R in New York where he works closely with all departments to bring efficiencies and workflow improvements to creative and business operations across the agency.

Preston is the Director of Global Marketing Solutions and Support at Marriott International, where he has executed many effective brand activation initiatives across Sales and Marketing disciplines on an international scale. Prior to joining Marriott in 2002, he held brand and regional marketing positions at Ford Motor Company, and during his tenure he contributed to the successful re-launch of the Ford Taurus brand.

Lisa Sharapata is the Senior Director of Brand Experience at Aprimo. She has extensive experience in managing global teams, digital transformation, multiple channels, and vendors to create successful integrated marketing content and award-winning creative that aligns the brand strategy with the business strategy and drives measurable results through innovative campaigns. This results in a great end to end customer experience and improves the customer lifetime value.

Todd is a 25-year veteran of and pioneer in the digital asset management industry. He has held the roles of CRO, President, and VP Technology at top DAM and Creative Services companies. This involved leading the sales, consulting and delivery of some of the largest DAM and Creative Operations Software deployments in use today.

Philippe is currently the Head of Product at MediaValet. With over 15 years in product engineering, specifically in marketing technologies, Philippe constructs brilliant product visions and drives the development of innovative and viable software. Today, Philippe specializes in developing DAM technologies to support enterprise and custom AI applications.

Jon Christian is a Founding Partner for OnPrem Solution Partners. Based on his extensive experience with innovative technologies, Digital Asset Management (DAM), OTT, and Digital Supply Chain engagements for enterprise, global companies, Jon is recognized as one of the premier digital thought leaders in the industry. Jon has led teams through numerous digital efforts, providing him experience in all phases of the project lifecycle.

Brigette Supernova is the architect and administrator of Planned Parenthood’s enterprise DAM, serving an in-house staff of hundreds and 56 affiliate user groups around the country. As a lean and agile NGO with complex and nuanced demands, Supernova also serves as the manager of their video server system, the organization’s legacy archivist, co-photo director, an intellectual properties advisor, and occasional photographer.
