Working with world-class brands such as Lands' End, LL Bean, and Orvis, he understands what it takes to thrive as a creative in the ever-changing world of retail. Creating winning user experiences that solve problems for customers - internal and external - is his sole focus.

Ellen Payne works strategically across Hearst Magazines' 25 titles to revamp editorial structures and processes to keep pace with the evolving publishing environment. She is known for her industry expertise, innovative solutions, and transformative results. She helped roll out a global DAM at Hearst, which now services more than 1,700 users. Prior to joining Hearst, Ellen Payne was executive managing editor of Glamour, and managing editor of Cosmopolitan and Los Angeles magazine.

With extensive experience in cutting-edge Dynamic Asset Management and Delivery Solutions, Ben has led or been involved with hundreds of successful projects for enterprise organisations, retailers of all sizes, and leading global brands. Ben has enjoyed over 10 years in this space with both Adobe Systems, and UK based Amplience, and is currently a Senior Solution Engineer with Cloudinary.  

Cécile is Design & Packaging Advisor for Nestlé Beverage strategic business unit, which includes the iconic brands NESCAFÉ and STARBUCKS. Her core mission is to ensure each brand visual identity is consistent and protected globally through optimised content production.

Mindy Carner is a Senior Information Architect at LinkedIn. She has a master’s degree in Library and Information Science, and fifteen years of experience creating, deploying, managing and governing metadata and taxonomy strategies for national and international organizations across industries. Mindy supports teams on information system deployments by leading discovery, performing content assessment, and developing a metadata and taxonomy strategy, as well as supporting vendor selection, implementation management and deployment, change management strategy and governance planning.

As General Sales Manager, Mark leads the North American and LATAM sales teams for Adstream. Mark brings over 13 years of sales and professional development experience to the team.  Mark’s responsibilities include setting new business targets, forecasting and devising strategy for Adstream in North America.  Mark has global sales experience having managed, coached, and mentored sales teams in several locations including Malaysia and his home country, Australia.

Matt Croft is a one of the Directors at Agency 123, the in-house agency for McDonald’s Corporation, a small, up-and-coming burger company based in Chicago. Matt leads the A123 Project Strategy Team who serve to deliver on creative strategy and execution of live meetings and events, graphic design, video production, photography, and digital engagement for the McDonald’s Global System. The Agency 123 team has had the honor of winning many awards over the years, including the 2018 SIA Emerging Media award and earning a Gold Award for Environmental Design at the 2018 IHAF Awards.

Jeremy Carson is a Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi, leading the industry in data-driven creative. A native to Southern California, his 15-year career spans agencies and clients of every size, from global accounts like Toyota and Cisco to niche brands like Sanuk and DTS. With a passion for scaling human creativity, his focus is on making every story he tells personal and relevant to his audience.
