Advanced Concepts in DAM: The Technology & Enterprise Touchpoints In-Depth

Tuesday September 15, 9.30 am – 12.30 pm

DAM is no longer a silo: it’s part of a broader content or marketing hub of varied applications. This tutorial is for those who want to take their knowledge of DAM to a more expert level. We’ll focus on the role that DAM plays in the broader marketing technology ecosystem, going into the features and functions of the more complex “enterprise” grade DAM systems, and how they differ.

I have been able to progressively keep up with DAM and its technology from these conferences more than anything else. I like having common ground with other digital asset managers, as we all get to share and realize we all have the same struggles.

Perrie Schad is a creative operations consultant based in New York City. Her 20+ years of experience in the photo industry has given her a unique viewpoint, having worked on-set as a photographer, art director, digital tech, and producer. Additionally, she has an extensive background in managing premier in-house photo studios and agencies and designing profitable photo studios for leading retailers such as Nordstrom, Target, and GiltRue (formerly RueLaLa).
