Steve Bevilacqua is a Group Business Director for ICP with over 20 years of experience in marketing technologies. He has expertise in selection, implementation, adoption, and recovery of complex creative and marketing technologies such as PM, DAM, CMS, email, social, targeting, and analytics as well as the enterprise suites that combine a variety of these technologies.

Justyna joined ICP as Business Director in 2017 and is our subject matter expert in Life Sciences and pharmaceuticals sector.

She oversees the delivery of DAM services by our global teams of assets managers. Justyna also leads strategic consultancy projects helping to set up DAM implementation plans, design operational models and develop business cases.

She held marketing, communications and change management roles in global pharma organisations, including GSK, through most of her career, and wears a Marcomms agency hat as well
