Michael is a 20+ year veteran in the DAM space and recently joined Extreme Reach as Director of Product Marketing. He’s held various marketing and product roles at OpenText, HP, Oracle, Autonomy, Interwoven, and MediaBin focusing on rich media, digital asset management, and customer experience management. Before joining the enterprise software world, he spent many years in photography, print, and digital prepress industries in both production and business roles.

Courtney Allen is Director of Client Relations at Extreme Reach and is responsible for collaborating with sales, talent managers and client service teams, to plan, build and nurture client relationships based on trust and value. With 15+ years in advertising, experience in education and a lifelong love for the arts, Courtney has leveraged her multi disciplined background to craft a unique space in the field.

Jing is currently the Principal Consultant of Strategy & Implementation Practice with ICP and responsible for overseeing & leading MarTech consulting engagements in EMEA & APAC regions. Prior to this role, she was a seasoned DAM practitioner and MarTech consultant with extensive experiences across DAM operations, change management, metadata & taxonomy design, business analysis, system integrations, governance & operating model design, product e-content strategy for Digital shelf, etc.

Yaso is currently the Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer for the National Archives of Australia. She is responsible for the delivery of secure information and technology solutions for the National Archives of Australia including the governance of information. She is currently leading the  transformation program of work to implement a contemporary digital preservation platform for the National Archives.

Nicola has a background in museum and heritage practice, art history and film making, as well as being interested in information architecture, metadata schema and records management. She is entering her third year as Digital Asset System Manager at the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa and has been responsible for embedding digital asset management at the museum, providing training, and system management and development.
