Leslie Kosier is a process-minded creative, with a background in photography and video production, who finds joy in solving problems for designers. Leslie joined musical.ly in early 2018 when it was still a small startup, before the company became TikTok later that year. She has had the privilege of building TikTok's Design Ops team from the ground-up, and considers her team to still be “in progress” as it continues to evolve out of its infancy. When not at work, Leslie enjoys playing card games, drinking wine, and attempting to grow her kitten's Instagram following.

Clemency is a Keywording Consultant helping organisations optimise access and visibility to digital content online using strategic Keywording methodologies.

Clemency trained as a Keyworder at Getty Images in 2001, before becoming a Search Vocabulary Editor responsible for creating and editing Getty’s vocabulary of Keywords powering the customer website. In her customer-facing role at V&A Images, Clemency managed design and advertising customer accounts, and advised upon Keywording methodology for the V&A Images online collection.

David is the Sr. Director of Product Marketing for Sitecore and an experience international speaker and workshop facilitator, speaking at events like the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), Gartner Marketing & IT Symposium, and National Retail Federation’s main show. For the last 15 years, he has worked exclusively in marketing technology and the future of work. He has held various roles for Aprimo, London-based SDL, plc (now part of RSW), and Teradata. David received his MBA from Butler University and is based in Indianapolis, IN.
