James Sanderson leads ICP’s Creative Operations and Creative Production capabilities. He joined ICP from Wunderman Thompson where he founded and was global head of Wunderman Thompson Inside, WPP in-housing solution. Previously James has was COO of Oliver, President of Digitas UK and COO of digital agency Glue Isobar, at the time the UK’s most celebrated digital agency.

Originally from Spain, Marina is a creative leader who has built her career in Berlin, Germany.

She spent 10 years of her professional life working as program and account director in a range of creative and digital agencies, developing 360 campaigns for clients such as BMW, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Swarovski and Hyundai.

Rana Dutt is a Senior Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services, where he helps customers build scalable, performant and secure applications on AWS. He has published several AWS blog posts on topics such as streaming video to Web and mobile devices, and building SaaS solutions on AWS. Prior to joining AWS, Rana was Director of Software engineering at Teladoc, where he helped build a telehealth platform that now serves more than 50 million members.
