Driven by a passion for helping organizations build impactful DAM programs, Kara Van Malssen is the Managing Director at consultancy AVP. Merging her deep expertise in systems thinking, user experience design, library science, and business analysis with extensive DAM experience, Kara crafts scalable and sustainable asset and data management solutions. Her diverse client portfolio ranges from Fortune 1000 powerhouses to esteemed cultural heritage institutions and transformative non-profits.

Event Speaker Natalie Trevonne-Gross

Natalie is an Actress, Model, Dancer and Fashion & Entertainment Accessibility Consultant. She’s currently working with brands, companies and organizations to make sure that people of all abilities can access things independently. Natalie uses her relationship to both the fashion and entertainment industry as a platform to speak out for more representation of people from historically marginalized groups. She currently serves as the creative director and a cohost for the Fashionably Tardy podcast.

Event Speaker Leslie Kosier

Leslie Kosier is a process-minded creative, with a background in photography and video production, who finds joy in solving problems for designers. Leslie joined musical.ly in early 2018 when it was still a small startup, before the company became TikTok later that year. She has had the privilege of building TikTok's Design Ops team from the ground-up, and considers her team to still be “in progress” as it continues to evolve out of its infancy. When not at work, Leslie enjoys playing card games, drinking wine, and attempting to grow her kitten's Instagram following.
