Session 1: Introduction to PIM: What it is, How it Works, and the Business Case

The basics of PIM as both a technology and a data practice. We'll look at examples of PIM systems and PIM data models, as well as integration and syndication models. Finally, the session will explore the business case for a PIM system, and map out a methodology for building a PIM strategy.
