Starting at the BBC in 2009, Steph has spent her career to date at the UKs biggest broadcasters moving onto C4 and then ITV where she has been since 2013. Her 15 years’ experience has spanned many disciplines including Media Planning, Rebrands, Project Management, Change Management & now Marketing Technology Capability.

As Head of technical operations at All3Media International for 18 years, Claire plays a critical role in optimising operations aspects of television content distribution. Claire designs and implements scalable operational workflows, processes and policies to ensure consistency and efficiency and gold standard customer service, and she identifies operational improvement opportunities, streamlines workflows and drives cost optimisation efficiencies.

Jack Higgins, a seasoned Delivery Lead with deep expertise in Digital Asset Management (DAM), content production, and Quality Assurance. With over 20 years’ experience spanning print, retail, and digital media, he brings a strategic yet practical approach to optimising DAM systems, streamlining workflows, and ensuring global asset delivery at scale.

Eric has been at The Pokémon Company International for 15 years, overseeing EMEA and LATAM content localisation, content fulfilment, brand management and media operations.

Jaron Ghani is a founder and the Innovation Director of Numiko, an award-winning digital agency with a long and rich history working within the GLAM sector. He’s delivered websites and interactive projects for the Science Museum Group, the British Museum, the Wallace Collection, the National Archives and the Royal Armouries.

Currently serving as Outernet London's Director of Creative and Media Technologies, he's tasked with elevating the department to industry-leading status with the addition of gamification and AI pipelines. Jad oversees the end-to-end real-time production line, managing budget and execution and ensuring project sustainability.

Yoshi Kosaka is a London-based design engineer and creative technologist exploring the intersection of immersive media, mobility, and real-time interaction. By day, he crafts in-vehicle experiences at Ford, leveraging spatial design, XR, and rapid prototyping to reimagine how people engage with technology on the move.

Thomas is the owner of all creative production for Spotify's thrice-annual global acquisition and retention campaign. He leads everything from the creative strategy, through localization, scaling and delivery of more than 15,000 assets per campaign. These campaigns routinely bring in ~20M subscribers yearly across 100+ markets. He is an advocate of merging creativity with technology, to better achieve the visions of designers across all disciplines, and to engage users from all aspects.
