The most successful enterprises have a roadmap based on firm foundations that provides business value for both today and an unpredictable future.

Fabio Bolzan is designer and illustrator currently living in Washington, D.C. where he focuses on private and public creative initiatives with drive, passion, and lots of caffeine. He pairs a broad range creative experience in traditional graphic design elements, brand strategies and marketing with a deep understanding of new technologies, information architecture and digital medias to create effective narratives for clients of all backgrounds.

Annika is passionate about managing people, process, technology, and finance to optimize creative team performance. She manages a team of creative project managers at the in-house creative agency of the IMF and advocates for a design-centric approach through the agency’s consulting arm, the Creative Lab. She regularly delivers Design-thinking training and facilitates sessions to generate more impactful communications initiatives and help clients achieve their business goals.

Raja Singh is the Head of Creative Services in India for State Street. He set up the Creative Services function in India and manages a team of Designers, Art Directors and Motion Graphics experts that create compelling creative assets for various marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and geographies. A brand enthusiast with a keen sense of user experience, Raja believes that creative experiences must be customer oriented and contextually structured to deliver the brand story.

Creative storyteller and multi-disciplinary marketeer - Alan Leong started the first ten years of his career in digital but has since evolved to more brand and innovative integrated solutions. Before joining TikTok Creative Lab SEA, Alan Leong had won numerous awards, working with different brands, international agencies, and tech companies. Alan Leong's new mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy to businesses and brands.

Tom is the Head of Design at Condé Nast where he guides the design team in creating impactful, efficient and lasting solutions for the Global Design System and publishing platform. Tom has nearly two decades of experience in the creative industry that includes digital, brand, marketing, and advertising. 

Charlotte Cole is a content strategist, writer and Creative Operations leader with a BA in Italian & French Language and Literature from the University of Exeter. Having started in editorial and localisation, Charlotte now works as the Senior Director of Content Development within the Creative Operations department at Farfetch, leading ecommerce creative direction, product enrichment, copy, size & fit solutions and end to end localisation. 

Kara works for the Museum of Us in San Diego, CA, located on the unceded ancestral homelands of the Kumeyaay Nation. In collaboration with Indigenous stakeholders and museum leadership, Kara supports the development of the museum’s decolonizing initiatives within the Cultural Resources Department through culturally sensitive care practices, protocols, and policies that prioritize Indigenous sovereignty and traditional knowledge.
