Jennifer is Founder and CEO of Paroo, a Digital Asset Management and information strategy consultancy supporting enterprise marketing and creative teams. Since 2009, she has helped global brands bring clarity and structure to complex digital ecosystems - designing governance, metadata, and workflows that are thoughtful, intuitive, and built to scale.

Jennifer is a Marketing Operations & Technology Manager at CHG Healthcare, where she leads the strategy, governance, and implementation of the company’s digital asset management platform. She plays a key role in integrating DAM into the broader marketing technology stack to support operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

With a background in knowledge management, content strategy, and digital systems, Jennifer brings a thoughtful, user-centric approach to solving content lifecycle and metadata challenges.

After a Master’s Degree in Biology and Agronomy, Gilles decided to evolve in media, education and corporate. His first position in 1998 was to produce a daily Air Quality News Report on TF1, and then he switched to M6, first as a Copywriter for the channel’s portfolio, and then as a Promo Producer.

Elizabeth is an innovative wayfinder committed to efficiency in library operations and resource access through clear procedures, policy implementation, and personal interactions and collaborations with university partners. She is responsible for the university’s library collection in digital formats with a current focus in DEI, OER, copyright, contracts, and inter-library loan processes and policies.
