Jack Rowley is responsible for managing all aspects of the implementation and workflow of the digital asset management system used by Fred Rogers Productions. In addition to his work in digital asset management, Jack is one of the original writers for Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, having written four episodes to date. He has also been a Story and Curriculum Consultant for all episodes since the series premiered in 2012. Jack has an MFA in Playwriting from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a father of four and enjoys writing, composing music, and spending time with his wife, Alice.

As COO, Chris Arnold oversees both internal and external operations for Fred Rogers Productions to implement the company’s strategic plan and facilitate processes and approaches to achieve it. He leads and manages the organization’s Legal & Business Affairs, Licensing & Merchandising, Finance, Technology, and Human Resources.

Danny is a self-taught Digital Asset Manager for Ahrend, a 125 years old project furniture company from the Netherlands which is in more than 25 countries and consisting of four different brands.

Danny started as a temp to organise image folders 15 years ago and transitioned to a permanent graphic designer for 8 years, all the while maintaining a DAM solution on the side.

Tom first worked on the taxonomy at Getty Images, working in a team of professionals whose job it was to catalogue a collection of up to 22 million assets using a controlled vocabulary. Tom was part of the team who developed a gold standard common language that allowed creative, editorial, video and artwork content to be accessible to customers from across the globe.

Originally from the event industry, Riley transitioned into a new career as a Creative Producer on the Brand Team at Twilio over the last year. She manages daily operations and creative project intake, as well as develops and educates employees on team processes. Riley has a Master of Arts degree in Advertising from The University of Texas and has lived in Austin ever since she graduated.

Carlie Hill is the Senior Manager of Content Strategy at MediaValet, a leading digital asset management system in Vancouver, BC.  With an expertise in DAM and Marketing, she strives to provide organizations with the tools they need to maximize the ROI of their digital content.

He has 20+ years of experience leading technical teams and delivering a diverse range of digital transformation, marketing technology, and enterprise content management solutions for the Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing markets.
