Harry is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience as IT and business consultant who has worked across industry verticals. His interest includes solving data and eCommerce challenges for brands & retailers leveraging his solution architecture, delivery and product development experience and is considered a go-to person for PIM/MDM/DAM topics. In his spare time Harry likes outdoors & hiking, fishing, and reading.

Florian is the Senior Manager Content Tagging at Red Bull Media House. Having started work in planning operations to become a state-approved engineer, Florian changed his position and became an expert in FEM-simulations. This was the most analytical and technical experience he could ever get and although the work was very specialised it did empower Florian’s skills for analytical and logical thinking.

Jason is a consultant in Creative and Content Operations, drawing on three decades of wide ranging experience in photo and video content creation. A motivated leader and adept problem solver, he empowers teams, leveraging metrics to enhance efficiency and deliver impactful results in a creative production environment. 

As Creative Operations Manager in Wayfair Europe’s in-house creative agency, Sophie oversees the operational strategy of multiple creative teams across both digital and print. Using Agile workflow principles, a data-driven approach, and an in-depth understanding of creative production, Sophie rolls out impactful team processes and people structures to get creatives to their happiest and most efficient.

Martin Coppola is a Global Creative Lead at The LEGO Agency in Billund, Denmark.

As a Creative Lead he’s in charge of developing world class Ad Campaigns for different LEGO franchises.

His profession took him to a lot of different adventures and places. Originally from Uruguay, he worked in some of the best creative agencies there, but curiosity moved him to Asia where he lived for 8 years working for great agencies, brands and most important amazing people.

Creativity takes him to a daily agenda of pursuing a new idea, every new day.

Dylan works at the intersection of information science, recorded sound, and technology. His career has focused on establishing enterprise taxonomy and digital asset management (DAM) programs for public media organizations. Currently, Dylan serves as product owner for the first organization-wide digital asset management (DAM) system at NYPR, the home of WNYC, WQXR, and Gothamist. He also leads a cross-organization Data Governance Council to drive the adoption, implementation, and maintenance of a newly established organization-wide taxonomy.
