Matt has worked alongside renowned machine learning pioneers Geoff Hinton, Rob Fergus, Yann LeCun, and Jeff Dean. This experience cultivated his passion for convolutional and deconvolutional neural networks and visual recognition. Matt's unprecedented knowledge and know-how in deep learning landed him winning the top five places in image classification at the ImageNet 2013 competition.

Kerri Willette is a Director of Consulting and Professional Services at AVP. Kerri has been leading collaborative projects that support access, use, and creative reuse of unique materials and content in organizations since 2001.

With 20 years of experience working in tech including a past life as Director of Support at Tumblr, Tess pivoted to design in 2019 and has spent the last couple of years learning about and practicing DesignOps at Condé Nast. She loves documentation, remote-first culture, getting things organized, and supporting an entire team with the best environment possible. She lives in Richmond, Virginia's historic Church Hill neighbourhood with her husband and kids.

Dr Reem El Asaleh is an Associate Professor in the Graphic Communications Management Program at The Creative School, Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly known as Ryerson). She is a member of TorontoMet’s graduate studies under the Master of the Digital Media Program and PhD in Media and Design Innovation Programs within The Creative School.

Renee Rose-Perry is a Technology Innovation Expert and has over 12 years of experience leading teams to identify and develop innovative products using emerging technologies. She is adept at explaining value and growth opportunities to leaders at all levels so that consensus is achieved and deeply understood.

Carol has held a number of roles in her career including Art Director, Type Director, Creative Services Manager, Mac Systems Administrator and Digital and Product Information Manager. The path to Digital Asset Management was something she identified as a business need during her time managing creative departments and the frequent misuse of assets and rights.

As Smartsheet’s Director of Field Marketing for EMEA, Sarah oversees how Smartsheet connects with people across multiple industries and geographies. She is focused on communicating the benefits of collaborative work management in different cultures, using language and imagery that’s impactful and meaningful. Sarah has 15 years of marketing experience in the IT industry including marketing roles at IBM, Sabre and Flexiant. Having worked at these leading tech organizations her entire career, she is a passionate believer that tech can truly improve how we live and work.

Andrew is based in Sydney and his consultancy has been enabling brands and marketers since 2001. Creative Folks are recognised as Australian experts in Digital Asset Management and utilise various vendors technologies to simplify business processes and enable transformation.

For over 30 years the world of data and the management of digital assets has consistently evolved. But over the last five years, we have seen a significant increase in the adoption of DAM systems (DAMs), with their functionality expanding beyond the everyday needs of individuals and business units. DAMs have now become a core utility for rich asset delivery to both external MarTech and internal Line of Business applications.

Mike brings an extensive background in the military, media industry, financial services, and education sectors with a particular focus on building enterprise infrastructure using technical innovations.
