Robert Paige is an Associate Creative Director at Instacart, directing video, animation, and photography. He has a background in: UI / UX Design, Product Design, Web Design, Motion Design, Directing, Film, Photography, 3D Animation, Marketing, and Branding. His most recent work was overseeing the client-side post-production for the Instacart Lizzo Commercial. He specializes in video production, processes, and workflows to produce 1000+ videos a week. His only true passion: "to make cool sh*t."

One of the most daunting tasks a DAM Manager can face is implementing a new DAM or switching DAMs. The sheer volume of assets, metadata, users, and licensing information, can be overwhelming. It’s typically a project that can take months,

even years, to get right. Unfortunately, most companies don’t have that time, so preparation and planning are crucial for success.

 

Pete is a full-stack developer within the Digital Development team at the University of Manchester Library. He is involved with the Manchester Digital Collections Project alongside development of bespoke systems. As part of this, he creates and maintains various dashboard systems to visualise library data in real time for public display. Pete has extensive knowledge around handling large data logs to derive analytics and insights, and using machine learning to identify patterns.

As the Head of Digital Development at the University of Manchester Library, Ian leads a team of permanent software developers and web/digital specialists who develop and support a range of digital applications as well having technical oversight of the library’s web and social media platforms.

Henrik is the creative director in charge of the redevelopment of H.C. Andersen's House. Henrik has written extensively on anti-narrative and representational strategies in literature and curatorial practice. His curatorial work focuses on performativity and the agency of non-human entities in the museum space.

Dr. Kelisha B. Graves is a multifaceted leader who drives strategy and innovation at the intersection of education, technology, and social impact. She is the Chief Research, Education, and Programs Officer at The Martin Luther King, Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change ("The King Center"), where she leads a diverse portfolio of educational and digital initiatives aligned to the organization's mission and vision.

Sharon is a DEI metadata consultant who helps museums, archives, and media organizations transform and share their metadata to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion in the historical record. She has over ten years of experience managing and creating metadata for arts and culture organizations, including Walt Disney Animation Studios, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, MHz Curationist, and Outwords Archive.

Andrea has 25+ years of proven success serving the creative marketing agenda for some of the world’s leading brands such as Chick-fil-A, Dell Technologies, and Vanguard, streamlining the creative process, attracting top tier talent, defining clear operating models and developing best practices and guidelines for managing the creative process for marketers and their in-house agencies. She is also a member of the ANA Faculty and a frequent presenter at industry conferences.
