Design researcher and information architect Daniel Souza has held lead designer and design director positions with companies such as PublicisSapient, Isobar, and Babylon Health. He combines creativity and pragmatism to assist multidisciplinary teams in designing and creating exceptional services and experiences. He is passionate about culture, community, and collaboration, and he has more recently guided global product teams in strengthening their design operations.

Saskia loves helping teams work more effectively and achieve their best. She has enjoyed doing this as a project manager guiding diverse, cross-functional teams to successful delivery, and more recently as an operational lead in design and research, setting up processes and systems to remove friction and optimise capacity in growing teams.

She cut her teeth in publishing, with four years at Deliveroo proving to be an intense crash course in all things tech, and now works at Monzo Bank, where she leads research operations. 

Sébastien is a Design Lead at Frontguys, a young and dynamic DesignOps agency in Paris. He works with e-commerce, B2B, banking, SaaS, and tech companies. 

Based on 15+ years of experience, he leads design org transformation through managing teams, organising workflow, and sharing design culture. He believes that a good design must be sustainable, aesthetic, useful, and innovative.

I’m Maria Gómez Díaz, Mom and Architect, with experience in energy efficient building design and 3D visual representations, an advantage in my job at Amazon Photostudio in Barcelona. Where I’m operations Lead, responsible for planning the workflow of different types of projects, organization and reorganization of spaces, setups and special request according to the scale of the project and the continuous advances in a high volume studio.

Arabella is a curious minded creative leader, brand builder, storyteller and speaker. Naturally empathetic and intuitive she excels at leading cultural change, building connections with people that have impact, through whatever creative medium and irrespective of whether those people are the general public, politicians, high profile public figures, communities or individuals.

Future focussed, forthright and fearless she has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and Australasia and across the Private/Public and Third Sectors.
