Alessandra (Ale) Lariu was named in Fast Company’s “League of Extraordinary Women” along with 60 other accomplished leaders such as Hillary Clinton and Oprah Winfrey and was also included in the publication's "Most Creative People in Business" list. 

Ale has over 25 years of experience working in the UK and the US and consults on Creative & Experience strategy.

Josh Gibbs is currently Vice President of Product at Canto. With his unique combination of software product management, user interface and heuristics design, and integrated marketing skills, he previously developed compelling products and go-to-market campaigns for companies such as Cisco, VMware, Hewlett-Packard, Skype, Bandwidth, and Salesforce. 

Anna is Design Operations & Culture Manager at Brainly, working at the Design Center of Excellence supporting a group of 50+ designers. She is an experienced service designer, business trainer, mediator, as well as guest lecturer at the Jagiellonian University & SWPS University. Anna is specialized in service design, business development strategies, and operational excellence, and she is passionate about product design, teamwork, and education. Anna has experience working both on the side of product companies, creative agencies, and public entities.

Anett brings a uniquely multidisciplinary perspective to the world of design operations, drawing on her diverse experiences in product and video game design, digital health, and physical therapy. Her career journey has equipped her with a deep understanding of building environments, partnerships, and scalable processes that foster seamless collaboration across disciplines to solve complex challenges.
