Fabiana currently owns the Digital Asset Management portfolio at British Airways, where she is the in-house DAM administrator and oversees the global assets supply chain. Fabiana’s team manages brand assets, supports campaign activations, and influences digital assets governance literacy in the BA community.

Fabiana’s aim post-DAM rollout is to elevate DAM maturity by continuing to integrate it with BA Creative and MarTech stack, which in turn supports BA's ambitious Digital Transformation programme. It takes a village and a robust, capable DAM to achieve that.

Michelle Vincent currently serves as CEO of Mofilm, a content creation and media production network within The Brandtech Group. She brings over 20 years of media, sales, and business strategy experience, with more than a decade consulting Fortune 1000 executives and leading sales and product teams at Google and Meta’s Facebook. Michelle enjoys life at home in Long Island, New York with her college sweetheart turned husband of 25 years and their two boys.

Since joining Mofilm back in 2016, Anisha Madzounian has provided experience building, strategizing and producing compelling stories and partnerships, first as a Producer and now as the Director of Strategic Operations. Prior to joining the "best place to work," she created content for media companies and non-profit organizations including the Los Angeles Times. Anisha, a Los Angeles native, resides in Topanga Canyon with her two favorite guys - her soon to be husband, and a two-year-old Weimaraner Lab.

Allison has worked for Hilton for 27 years and is currently the Senior Manager of the Digital Asset Operation team. Her team is located in Glasgow and Dallas and is responsible for asset distribution to over 7000 property websites across all of Hilton's 18 brands. Hilton's DAM implementation distributes to over five hundred external channels throughout the customer journey. In addition, her team is responsible for curating and maintaining Hilton's Enterprise DAM, managing taxonomy and metadata for over 700,000 assets.

Dominic is the Digital Asset Coordinator at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew working on the various collections including the complete digitisation of the 8 + million Herbarium specimens.
