Paul Nicholson is a seasoned Technology Strategist, Creative Production Leader, and Product Manager based in New York, with over 18 years of leadership experience in Cross-Media Marketing Production and Technology. 

Mario has held the position since January 2022 and provides leadership in technical planning, implementation, management, and support of digital collections, digitization projects, and imaging. He helped set up and establish the Huntington Digital Library (HDL), which currently has a little over 218,000 digital objects.

Mario has a MLIS from San José State University (2003), a MA from George Washington University (1994) in Modern European and Diplomatic History and has worked in the archives and library field since 1995. He has been with the Huntington since 1998.

Mark is the Integrated Marketing Services Lead at Nestlé based in Manila. He has been at Nestle for 12 years. Mark's role includes social media, content, and digital commerce working with categories like pet care, beverages, and food across several Nestlé markets. Mark's previous roles were at Unilever and Globe Telecom. 

Patrizia is heading the Design Operation practice at 8x8.com. She has developed her approach to Design and DesignOps through 20+ years of international experience in usability, accessibility, design management and user research. With a background in academic and industrial research, Patrizia has led international multidisciplinary teams, and she has been known for her pioneering work in web accessibility, interview facilitation with LEGO Serious Play, and co-creation.

Dave is at the forefront of Design Operations having contributed to 2 books and co-founded the first global conference that spearheaded several global and local communities and conferences. He is an internationally sought-after speaker and workshop leader on the topic of DesignOps and other related Design Topics. 

Before Dave focused his career on Design Operations he was an accomplished interaction designer, and design leader for organizations like HPE, Rackspace, Motorola, Intralinks, and many more across a career spanning the better part of 3 decades. 

Yagnesh, Music Content Manager at Zoom TV, is a diligent Media Professional with over 10 years of experience in managing Music Content for Television, Radio and Digital Media platforms. He understands the pulse of the audience and alters the music content as per the likes of the TG.

Sanchita is the Librarian in Digital Asset Management at Airbnb Capability Center based in India and has wide experience in all DAM activities including migration, consolidation, maintenance, taxonomy & metadata management, learning evaluation models program as well as talent, performance and project management.
