Chris is the DAM Librarian at UNSW Sydney where he is responsible for managing the organisation's digital asset management system, rolling it out to over 1200 staff since 2021. During this time Chris has overseen its growth to encompass all faculties and divisions, establishing metadata protocols and training standards, migrating assets from legacy platforms and websites, and conducting regular system audits to drive continual improvement. He has led a cooperative approach with the university's marketing, archives and digital teams to improve the asset lifecycle.

She oversees the LA Phil’s digital asset management system and projects related to improving digital workflows, file management, and metadata best practices across the organization. She sits in the Archives department, responsible for preserving the LA Phil’s historical records and curating exhibits within the Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Hollywood Bowl Museum.
