As Vice President of Agency Operations & Delivery at Aquent Studios, Travis uses that experience to build, implement & manage creative teams across the globe, applying both the in-house and agency perspectives to deliver world-class creative operations, production & creative execution.

Stephanie Matthews is an inclusion and diversity consultant who believes in equity for all. As Senior Business Director for Creative Equals, she works with global brands who want to embed long-lasting systemic change into their business practices and brand DNA. Her clients include Philips, H&M Group, Diageo, Aviva, and Daily Mail Group.

Nathalie Lam is the Global Head of Sponsorship at Philips, a position she has held since 2017. In her role, Nathalie is responsible for the global activation of Philips brand sponsorship campaigns, including initiatives for Rijksmuseum, Pride, Dutch soccer team PSV, World Heart Federation and more. Nathalie and her team are highly decorated and have been recognized at Cannes Lions, SponsorRing Awards, SABRE Awards and more.

Maja Arpi is the Creative Operations Manager at Christian Louboutin. She has more than 10 years of experience working in the fashion industry always working closely with creative teams. Over the last 7 years, Maja has built up the creative production functions at Christian Louboutin: digital, graphics and spatial design, delivering 360-degree projects in close collaboration with creative teams in the department.  

Ali Hanan is the founder of Creative Equals, now an award-winning organisation working across the globe to drive equity, inclusion, and diversity. In her former life, she worked as a Creative Director in the advertising and marketing sector for 18 years on some of the world’s biggest brands, including Dulux, Guinness, Ford, IKEA, British Airways (and more) at some of its leading agencies.
