Jennifer has over 20 years of experience working in the digital asset management industry, primarily on the creative and advertising agency side of the business. She began her advertising career in an agency studio, managing a team of retouchers and organizing their files into an early DAM system before transitioning into the implementation of a more modern DAM to support clients such as Chevrolet, USPS, and the US Navy.

Roger leads Sitecore’s Content pillar portfolio which includes Experience Manager, Content Hub and Edge. Lives in Brussels, BE which his family, Lindsey and Porter. Content focused; Ramen focused.

Renee Humphreys is currently a Staff UX Producer at The Home Depot (THD) with 5 years in the DesignOps industry and over 20 years in tech. She is the first person at THD to have the role of producer and in that capacity has lead responsibility for redefining and enhancing the end-to-end onboarding experience for a large team of amazing Designers and Researchers. She takes great pride in being able to provide the “Disney World” of Onboarding experiences here at THD.

Matthew is an award-winning content producer, strategist, and technical problem solver. In his 12+ years in the industry, he has had the privilege of helping brands like Toys R Us, Audi, eBay, QVC, and of course Crayola, achieve their content goals, and expand the boundaries of possible achievements in the digital content space.

Dean’s remit covers Retail eCommerce, both omnichannel and marketplaces, B2B eCommerce and Direct Consumer. As an experienced commercial leader, Dean has a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative growth strategies that not only drive performance but also higher engagement and profit. He has successfully led business initiatives across Sales Leadership, Retail Consulting and eCommerce.

Brad is a seasoned business management executive and US Army Intelligence Veteran with over 25+ years of experience in leading, managing, and transforming businesses. Brad has and continues to demonstrate achievement and leadership skills providing strategic, operational, technology and program management leadership. Before his current role of Director & Chief Operating Officer of Brandworkz, Brad has led and managed teams in large businesses such as GE, Oracle, and Siebel. He has also been an executive responsible for start up businesses delivering SaaS and services.

Alexandra brings over 9 years of extensive experience spearheading digital, design, and technology initiatives across diverse teams, both locally and remotely. Beginning her career in digital project management, she swiftly transitioned into design leadership roles, serving as a DesignOps professional for over 6 years in corporate settings. Currently, she holds the position of Design Operations Manager at Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP).

Greg Klebus is Group Product Manager on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) team. He is responsible for product strategy and development in the area of Assets in Experience Manager as a Cloud Service. His responsibilities also include Content Velocity - connecting Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud. Previously responsible for AEM Assets and content repository in the Adobe Experience Manager product line (CRX), Greg has a good understanding of content management solutions for marketing and IT at large companies.
