Jonathan Kennedy is a Reader in Politics and Global Health at the Wolfson Institution of Population Health, QMUL. He has a PhD in sociology from University of Cambridge. His first book, Pathogenesis: How Germs Made History was published by Penguin in April 2023. 

Amanda has been working in Digital Asset Management for over 14 years, beginning her career within Advertising, Marketing, and ultimately moving to Consulting. Her subject matter expertise in digital asset management, technical workflow and business process allowed her to implement and support a number of DAMs as an integral part of Risetime, a Chicago-based company specializing in best-in-class digital workflows and rescuing struggling DAMs.

Christen is driving Omnicom Health Group’s Integration strategies to simplify the digital asset supply chain (DASC) and omnichannel production process. Including the implementation of modular content & AI. She partners with clients to transform how content is managed to accelerate speed to market without compromising MLR compliance.

Aaron Zachmeier is Associate Director for Online Teaching and Learning at the University of California, Santa Cruz. He has worked as an instructional designer and consultant in corporate and higher education settings in the U.S., Mexico, and India, and has taught various subjects to schoolchildren and university students—with and without high technology. He is a member of the Order of the Occult Hand.

Michelle Runch takes a human-centered approach to creative and production design operations developing integrated creative, digital, and marketing initiatives. Having gained over 15+ years of experience in both Canada and the United States she has worked in sports, entertainment, arts & culture, and retail to develop critical building blocks of success for internal creative, digital and marketing teams. Michelle is currently the Director of Strategy and Operations at the Los Angeles Rams.

Isobel is the visual identity and content operations manager for Megger, a manufacturer and global leader in electrical testing equipment and solutions. With 8 factories globally and presence in over 130 countries and multiple sub brands and corporate partners, content and asset management is a must for success.

Brian Duchek is a veteran UX designer, recovering front-end developer, and design operations leader with over 20 years of experience in a variety of things "digital". Having sampled other careers in classical music, audio engineering and botanical logistics, he's currently enamoured with maturing the design-ops practice at DocuSign.

Malgorzata Piernik works as a Product Design Manager at Accenture Song in Stockholm, Sweden. Over the last 10 years, she has worked with numerous international enterprise clients in financial services, telecommunication, insurance, and consumer goods, with a focus on automotive, mostly in Europe, the Middle East and the US. That combined with her experience of leading a team of 35+ product designers gave her a wide practical perspective on scaling DesignOps in different types of organizations on different customer experience centricity levels.

Bárbara Rebolledo is the Nordic Product Design Director at Accenture Song. With a unique background in Art Direction, Design, and Cinematography, Bárbara holds a master’s degree in New Media from Aalto University. Her creative practice involves service design, interactive design, and design systems in digital platforms, allowing her to transition between designing experiences with people at the center and the operations to develop those experiences. She has worked in various industries, including creative, automotive, public sector, pharma, and transport, to name a few.

Kate Daggett is the Head of Creative at Square, where she leads a team focused on delivering outstanding creative work that shares Square’s story, supports Square’s sellers, and drives both the brand and business forward. Prior to joining Square, Kate was the Head of Creative for North America at Meta.
