Kathy has recently joined ICP as its Global Head, Digital Commerce Solutions. Before joining ICP, Kathy spent the past 3 years as a Digital Commerce Consultant helping large brands transform their organizations and grow digital sales. 

As Creative Operations leaders, we are often seen as the adults in the room-- bringing order to chaos and removing administrative bonds that can dampen creative spirits. A Creative Operations expert should both set standards for ways of working that achieve more with less swirl and should exemplify personal productivity best practices to inspire direct reports and senior leaders.

Ariel Lilly is a Creative Operations Leader with over ten years of experience in the apparel and beauty industries. Since joining globaledit, Ariel has led the strategy and implementation of streamlined workflows for clients including Old Navy, Aeropostale, and Peter Millar. Before joining globaledit, Ariel worked at Amazon in their emerging Amazon Live department and built her own fashion line, Rae Francis. Ariel’s background in both tech and fashion has made her adept at helping organizations determine how to apply technology to complex creative processes.

Caroline is a Copenhagen (DK) based one-woman-DAM-army at Arla Foods amba. Through her 22 years with the company, Caroline has always been involved in asset-handling on top of her Product Manager and Marketing roles. In 2020 a full-time position as DAM Manager was posted (finally!!!), and it didn’t take many considerations to drop PM and jump headfirst into the new role.

Marie Davies is currently Head of Creative Content & E-Commerce Studio at Ralph Lauren where she oversees the ecommerce creative team, and the styling operations, music, and video team for advertising. 

Mishri Someshwar is Creative Operations Manager at the International Monetary Fund’s in-house creative agency. With over 15 years of experience in creative and marketing operations, Mishri’s work spans project management, IT, business analysis, client engagement, and everything it takes to make the creative engine run smoothly. She has a bachelor’s in journalism from American University and a master’s in human resource development from The George Washington University.

Michael Francello is the former Director of Innovation at Shutterstock, a leading global content and creative platform. An emerging technologies enthusiast, he spends his time advising and speaking about how AI-powered tools and applications can help creators and brands navigate an uncertain future and ultimately create with confidence. Michael (or “Francello,” as most people call him) resides in Brooklyn, NY, with his wife, Rebecca, and their cat, Torche.

Kim Haughton is the Photo Editor at the International Monetary Fund. She completed her MA in Photojournalism at the University of the Arts, London. A multi-award-winning press photographer, she had a successful career shooting for global publications such as TIME, Vanity Fair, Financial Times, Business Week and The Guardian. From, Ireland, she moved to the United States to take up a role as a photographer at the United Nations in New York.
