The DAM Capability Model Workshop

Wednesday September 13, 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM

This workshop is designed to deepen and sustain your arc of growth with DAM.  The workshop is built around the internationally recognized DAM Capability Model - supporting the ongoing renewal and growth of DAM in your organization.  It will benefit all DAM users; those new to the community, seasoned veterans, and everyone in between.

Laura has been working in and around digital asset management for over a decade. She’s held a progressive series of roles in DAM for a diverse range of national organizations across public, private, and non-profit sectors and, since 2020, has worked as an independent consultant before forming Digitheque Group in 2022.

Through her experience, she’s worked on almost every aspect of DAM including procurement and implementation, metadata and taxonomy development, migration projects, and overhauling systems in dire need of a refresh.

Meg Whitlock began her work in digital asset management for visual communications at The Ohio State University under the care of Dr. John C. Huntington and Dr. Dina Bangdel. Work on the Huntington Archive’s federally funded digital database initiatives led to a position in interactive education at The Rubin Museum of Art in New York City. After a chance encounter at RMA, she moved into archive management for photography agency Art Partner.

Kelley is responsible for leading a team of brand managers, designers, and DAM platform admins that create tools, rules, and resources to help the network of over 400,000 professionals use the Deloitte brand with consistency and quality. Kelley has an MBA from Fordham University and a BBA from James Madison University, and she is an adjunct professor at Rutgers University’s School of Communication and Information.

Sarah is the Chief Executive Officer of gateB Consulting, Inc., a successful team of martech implementation and integration specialists. Sarah has partnered with CMOs, CDOs, CTOs, and other executives at Fortune 100 companies to build not just their tech stacks, but also their marketing operations and analytics processes and strategies, all with a long-term vision. Sarah has years of experience helping enterprises implement marketing technology to drive efficiency and drive-up ROI.

Lona enables thousands of people to practice design, share learnings, and build meaningful connections across the enterprise. As a designer on the spectrum, she’s incredibly passionate about designing inclusive experiences and advocating for accessibility.
She started her design journey when she was 12 years old by creating a website about space and cats: two topics that delight her to this day.

Kate began her career in project management, working on major brands like Visa, GE, and Dunkin'. However, she quickly discovered a passion for making sense of process and the way marketing teams worked together. This led her to take on a role at draftLine, Anheuser-Busch’s in-house agency, where she helped build operational foundations.
