René has been working in the field of enterprise software for more than 20 years. Since 2014, René has been responsible for marketing operations, digital asset management and content management as Managing Director at gateB, leading a team of over 40 technical consultants and implementation experts in these fields. He has extensive experience in consulting and implementing digital asset management (DAM), marketing resources management (MRM), enterprise content management systems (CMS), brand portals and marketing planning & spend management systems.

Agata has more than 20 years of experience in brand and marketing management. Agata is leading the content at scale initiative across the entire bp organisation – amongst this is a worldwide implementation of an enterprise DAM solution that covers all content creation & approval processes as well as asset management requirements in global and local marketing functions at bp. As part of her role, she helps in the marketing operations setup for newer business lines like bp pulse and is also driving first AI-based content automation test cases at different brands within bp.

Ryan is the Managing Director for the Insights & Analytics team at Salt Flats. Ryan oversees the strategic direction, project and client management, and project execution for the team.​

Ryan has been with Salt Flats for 6+ years. During his time, he has worked with creative operations and Digital Asset Management teams across the world, implementing new technologies, processes, and governance teams.

Having spent 5 years in the advertising industry as a photographer’s agent Cat took the leap to join the conversation on environmentalism by joining AdGreen in 2021. Cat has managed the running of the AdGreen Carbon Calculator, watching the team grow and evolve and facing the challenges present by the industry to measure and reduce carbon emissions from advertising production.

Fergo is a design leader and advisor with over 20 years' of experience spanning multiple industries. In his varied career, he's built design teams, products, and brands for companies such as Skyscanner and Atlassian. He is currently Head of Design at OVO where he leads design, content, research and design ops to deliver the company's ambitious sustainability strategy. He lives in Brighton with his partner John and his extensive Lego collection!
