LouLou has over 15 years of experience working in the design industry, ranging from advertising agencies to big tech, including Google and Meta. One of her strengths is navigating complex organizations and finding opportunities for design to excel. She has successfully created strategically essential programs that have become integral to their respective organizations. Currently, she is the Head of Design and Creative Operations at PanasonicWELL, where she adapts hybrid models for product development and incubation.

Caitlin Devore is an accomplished marketing operations leader with over 15 years of experience. Known for her solutions-oriented way of working, her quick wit, and her adaptability in today’s ever-changing business climate, Cait is a trusted leader who excels at strategic planning and establishing operational excellence in both start-ups and well-established brands. She began her career on the agency side, launching digital and full-funnel campaigns for brands like American Express, Starbucks and DirecTV.

Sarah has been a DAM Administrator and Business Process Analyst at Risetime since 2019. She specializes in life sciences and collaborates with global pharmaceutical marketers and state governments, contributing to optimizing their DAM and Content Management Systems. She is an expert navigator of weeds, loves a well-designed system, and is committed to driving client success.

Sergei Fomine, Ph.D. serves as the Founder and CEO of Picvario and IQPlug, leveraging his background as a rocket fuel engineer alongside a keen interest in media and software development. Formerly overseeing operations at the renowned photo stock agency Global Look, Sergei is deeply engaged in both the American (DMLA) and European (CEPIC) associations of media archives. Additionally, he actively contributes to the IPTC metadata standards council.

Ian Jentgen is the GM (US) at Frontify. In this role he leads the commercial strategy for Frontify’s US operations, focusing on bringing value to marketers and brand leaders as they develop and invest in their brands. Prior to Frontify, Jentgen built the US sales team at Circus Street, a provider of online training for digital skills.

As the VP Life Science Practice & Customer Success at Datavid, Avinash plays a pivotal role in steering both public and private sector organizations towards an innovative, data-centric paradigm.

His expertise is particularly notable in leading clients through the development of robust data strategies that are grounded in the FAIR principles and the implementation of industry-leading standards.

Rebecca began her journey with eBay seven years ago, working in data governance where she introduced style guides and localization standards for the English and German markets. From there, she transitioned into the role of Taxonomist within eBay's Motors and Automotive Parts & Accessories Data Intelligence team, which she has been leading since 2019.
