AI is rapidly transforming how retailers manage and distribute product visuals, campaign content, and brand assets. While the promise is significant, the path to adoption isn’t always straightforward.

In this webinar, independent DAM consultant Kristina Huddart will share insights from her AI in DAM 2025 research, along with learnings from retail organizations already implementing AI. She will explore what’s working, what isn’t, and what every retailer should consider before getting started.

Satarupa Chatterjee is Sr. Director of Product Marketing at Aprimo. She brings over 17 years of go-to-market and product marketing experience, with deep DAM expertise. She leads messaging and positioning across Aprimo’s full product portfolio. Her work connects agentic content operations to customer growth goals. She has previously worked with brands such as Adobe and Cloudinary.

Tarun leads Product Technology at Aprimo, working at the intersection of product strategy, emerging technology, and the operational challenges content teams face every day. He helps shape the technology direction behind Aprimo’s content operations and digital asset management platform as the industry moves into a new era of AI and agentic systems.

As AI becomes embedded across content operations and begins making more autonomous decisions, Digital Asset Management platforms are evolving beyond automation toward agentic models, where AI systems can act independently within defined guardrails.

In an agentic DAM environment, AI agents do more than assist. They monitor content quality, enrich and normalize metadata, manage asset lifecycles, and proactively surface opportunities for reuse and optimization. The result is not just efficiency, but greater consistency, trust, and control at scale.

Pam leads the Collections Management Team which is responsible for collections data at the V&A and manages the Collections Management System and DAMS. As the Collections Systems Lead, Zoë manages the V&A’s collections management system (CMS), digital asset management system (DAMS), and the asset tracking solution (ProCloud) and ensures information about the collections is accessible to both staff and the public. She also leads on work to address outdated content and language in the museum’s collections.
