Grace completed her PhD in Healthcare History in 2022 whilst working in church conservation and heritage engagement. This included managing church archives.

In 2023 Grace joined Reckitt as their Heritage and Stakeholder Engagement Advisor with a responsibility for their global heritage archive encompassing the heritage of all brands, global sites and founding family.

Paul has over 25 years of experience in music archives, library cataloguing, and asset management across the broadcast and music industries. At BMG, he oversees the management, preservation, and accessibility of the company’s extensive physical and digital archive, with a focus on inventory control, taxonomy, and data enhancement.
