Nicole drives innovation in product management and the content supply chain. With over 15 years in marketing operations, she excels at streamlining processes to improve speed to market while ensuring compliance and quality. Her expertise includes modular content management, CRM activation, and cross-functional process optimization.

Jennifer Riley is the Head of Image Licensing and Digital Archives at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (MFA) where she is responsible for overseeing the photographic and digital archives and rights and permissions. She began her career at the MFA in the slide library and, over the past 25 years, has worked with the photo archives, assisting with the transition to digital photography and a Collections Management System; including establishing the system for archiving and preservation.

Tracy has a background in Library & Information Sciences and over a decade of experience working in taxonomy, metadata, and information architecture at Getty Images, McGraw-Hill Education, Adobe, Spotify and Scholastic, Tracy has worked on all kinds of assets from photos to music to textbooks, and has a long history of evaluating processes designed to automate content description by leveraging AI.


Tracy recently built a publishing knowledge graph that incorporates taxonomy and AI for scalable metadata creation.
 

Laura Rodriguez is a Knowledge Management professional with over ten years of experience in the oil & gas and healthcare sectors. After starting her career as a middle school teacher, Laura earned her MSIS from the University of Texas at Austin iSchool, transitioning into information organization and management.
