HS Property Hub Speaker Jane Lees

Jane is an Executive Director of CBRE Hotels and Head of the Hotel Valuation team for the EMEA region. Specialising in Hotel Valuations, Jane offers over 20 years of extensive experience in the corporate real estate business. Prior to joining CBRE Hotels Jane led the healthcare valuation team at Colliers International. Jane has spent time working in Hong Kong within the valuation team at Jones Lang LaSalle. She undertook valuations in Hong Kong, China and the Philippines, primarily dealing with large mixed-use developments incorporating hotels, retail, offices and residential.

Gillian has been in professional practice for over 20 years and specialised in dilapidations early in her career.  She has practiced for extended lengths of time in Sheffield, London and Edinburgh and is extremely familiar with the requirements of the various jurisdictions around the UK and what that means for dilapidations management. 
 
Gillian is particularly proud of her career track record as she has saved tenant clients on average 45% on landlords’ claims, and that has recovered on average 82% of claims made for landlord clients.
