Colin is the founder and principal consultant of workplace consultancy Baker Stuart Limited and has been delivering award winning agile spaces and major change programmes for the past 20 years. Colin specialised in the workplace design and organisational transformation early in his career. Passionate about how good design can positively impact people’s working lives and improve business performance, Colin is an acknowledged expert in his field.

Jon is a Development Director at Assura, responsible for delivering medical premises developments nationwide. A chartered surveyor with more than 15 years of healthcare property and private sector development experience, Jon has delivered more than 30 medical centre schemes for a variety of primary care and NHS services - including the UK’s first standalone ‘dementia-friendly’ medical centre, ETTF-funded developments, oncology centres and 3PD GP premises. 

An independent business and strategy consultant, following a successful career in corporate and commercial finance, although Mark’s first job (aged 16) was actually working on a forecourt! 

As Corporate Relationship Director and National Credit Policy Committee member for Lloyds Banking Group, he was responsible for the Forecourt Sector Appetite/ Policy and helped to increase the bank’s market share in the Forecourt Sector from circa 3%-4% in 2005 to circa 23%-24% by 2020. He was also instrumental in Shell moving its entire retailer network to Lloyds.

Adam is a highly regarded chartered surveyor with expertise in the primary health care property sector.

He acts for numerous GP practices as well as property developers, investors, banks and pharmacy operators.  Much of his time is spent on the development of new medical centres but he also undertakes valuations, rent reviews and investment transactions.

Investment in primary care has been solid. However, after the unprecedented event of the pandemic caused by COVID-19, what will investment be moving forward?
